I grew up in New York City and studied literature at Brown University and creative writing at Concordia University.
I’ve worked as a travel writer in Hanoi, a tech writer in San Francisco, and many writerly jobs in between. For the last 15 years, I’ve helped B2B and B2C SaaS companies and startups tell compelling stories as both an in-house and freelance copywriter and content strategist. (Fun fact: I also write novels)
But whether I’m writing fiction or SaaS case studies, I believe good storytelling is the key to success.
